This unit measures UV Intensity !
The UV-Meter Silverline is a self-contained, high quality UV measuring instrument. It is designed to measure and display UV intensity of a light source in mW/cm2.
Typical application are exposure control of diazo, polymer, chromaline and daylight films in the graphic arts industry, suntan equipment, sterilization units, photo bioIogy, UV pipe linings and many other applications..
The measured values are displayed on the 2 x 16 digit LCD display.
A special AUTO-OFF feature that turns off the unit automatically after one minute serves as energy saving and extension of the battery service life.
Calibration:
In order to keep its full function and precision it is recommended to have re-calibration done once per year. Ongoing, PTB* traceable calibration with certificate. See SKU 69600 for details.
